Market West Fitness Celebrates Grand Opening in Downtown Wilmington

Buccini Pollin Group celebrated the official grand opening of Market West Fitness last week. The event welcomed local leaders, dignitaries, and members of the Wilmington community to experience the newly upgraded fitness club located at 221 W Tenth.

Guests toured the newly renovated facility and experienced the premium equipment, upgraded locker rooms, saunas, massage chairs, and private club atmosphere designed to create a more elevated approach to fitness in the district. Market West, the 5-block campus, brings together residential, office, dining, entertainment, and lifestyle amenities in Downtown Wilmington.

Market West Fitness features dedicated training areas for cardio, strength, and specialty workouts, along with premium equipment and recovery amenities. The club was designed primarily to serve Market West residents and tenants. Its goal is to provide convenient access to a high-quality fitness facility just steps from home or work. A limited number of memberships are also available to the broader community, to help maintain an uncrowded environment. It also ensures members have access to equipment and amenities without the congestion found at larger fitness clubs.

The event featured catering from Toscana and Makers Alley. The night brought together many of the people helping shape Wilmington's continued growth.

BPG Founder Chris Buccini also addressed guests during the celebration, highlighting the continued investment taking place across the city.

Market West Fitness joins an expanding collection of amenities within Market West. The campus already includes HOTEL DU PONT, The Mill coworking, Theatre N, Café Mezzanotte, DE.CO Food Hall, The Brandy Club, and the Market West Golf & Tennis Clubs, along with additional office and retail spaces.
