Frost Brown Todd Attorney Eric Lamb Named to 2025 IAM Strategy 300 List

Frost Brown Todd (FBT) is pleased to announce that intellectual property (IP) partner Eric Lamb has been selected for inclusion as a Global Leader in the 2025 edition of IAM Strategy 300: The World's Leading IP Strategists, an annual research project that identifies top practitioners who are going above and beyond in IP portfolio management.

Published by IAM, the IAM Strategy 300 identifies individuals leading the way in the development and implementation of strategies that maximize the value of IP portfolios. The guide lists practitioners from organizations ranging from service providers and corporations to research institutions and universities. Individuals must be nominated by at least three people from outside their organizations and must also pass a rigorous vetting process that includes extensive research and interviews with senior members of the global IP community. All individuals who are selected are featured in the IAM Strategy 300 at no cost. It is not possible to buy a place in the guide.

Lamb's practice focuses on protecting, enforcing and defending IP rights for publicly traded and privately held companies across industries, with a particular emphasis on manufacturing. Though based in the firm's Indianapolis office, his practice is global. He frequently works with U.S.-based clients looking to safeguard their IP rights internationally and serves as U.S. trademark counsel for foreign companies. His experience encompasses all aspects of global branding strategy, international trademark portfolio management, clearance, application drafting, prosecution, due diligence, dispute resolution, coexistence agreements, cease and desist, litigation, opposition, and cancellation actions.
