Tax Sales Scheduled for October 24, 2025

Loudoun County will sell real property at public auction for payment of delinquent taxes at 3:00 p.m., Friday, October 24, 2025, in the Dulles Room on the first floor of the Loudoun County Government Center, 1 Harrison St. SE in Leesburg. Registration for in-person bidding starts at 2:00 p.m.

Sealed bids will be accepted through Wednesday, October 22, 2025, no later than 4:45 p.m. All bids must include the sealed bid form, the bidder's certification, and a check, and must be placed in a sealed envelope. These should be addressed and delivered to the Special Commissioner of Sale, Office of the County Attorney, 1 Harrison Street SE, Leesburg, VA 20175.
