San Miguel County - On Monday, August 31, the Colorado Department of Transportation will perform four-day ditch cleaning and shoulder clearing operations on Colorado Highway 145, north of Telluride. From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., motorists will encounter full stops, alternating traffic and up to 20-minute delays between Telluride and Placerville (Mile Points 75 to 77).
Routine maintenance operations are necessary to remove excess debris and mitigate erosion or flooding on the roadway. Operations are weather permitting.
