Governor Ivey Encourages Alabamians to Vote in November 3 General Election

MONTGOMERY - Governor Kay Ivey on Friday encouraged Alabamians to vote in the November 3 General Election.

"Alabama's future will be shaped by the people we send to Montgomery and Washington, and that decision belongs to you," said Governor Ivey. "Our state is experiencing historic momentum in areas like job creation, education, infrastructure, and public safety, to name just a few. I want that progress to continue for our children and grandchildren. So, y'all, get to the polls on November 3."

Alabamians will have the opportunity to vote in several major races, including for governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, secretary of state and other statewide offices, as well as one seat in the United States Senate. Voters will also elect members of the United States House of Representatives and the Alabama Legislature, with every seat in the State House and Senate on the ballot. Along with four statewide constitutional amendments, voters, depending on where they live, may also see judicial and local races, along with local amendments.
