MOM-MND Joint Press Release for Launch of Sites for Purpose-built Dormitories in 2026

The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Ministry of National Development (MND) will be releasing three Purpose-built Dormitory (PBD) sites in 2026 under the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme. JTC will be the Land Sales Agent for these sites.

3 In addition to the three sites that will be launched, two other PBDs have been launched by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in Q1 2026. The details of the two launches are shown in Table 2below.
