Heartbreaker to rock Sounds of Lewisville concert series

Heartbreaker: A Tribute to Pat Benatar is all fired up to rock the Sounds of Lewisville stage on Tuesday, May 12, in Wayne Ferguson Plaza, 150 W. Church Street.

Heartbreaker is passionate about recreating the essence of Pat Benatar's iconic vocals and mesmerizing musicianship of the band. The band aims to transcend time and space to bring concertgoers back to the very moments that matter most in life - moments created only through the power and magic of music.

This is a return to Sounds of Lewisville, presented by Mosquito Joe, as they performed in the kickoff show in the 2025 season. Check out their performance of "Love is a Battlefield," and "Shadows of the Night," from last year.

Alexis Stone is the opening act for this concert. She is making her Sounds of Lewisville debut after performing at multiple Old Town First Friday's events.

Concerts start at 7 p.m. every Tuesday night in May and June. Opening acts will perform 7-7:45 p.m., and headliners will perform 8-9:30 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs for their comfort. Well-behaved pets on a leash are allowed at the shows. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in Wayne Ferguson Plaza.

The award-winning Wayne Ferguson Plaza is a 1.5-acre urban park that takes on a contemporary sweeping gesture using water to link east to west and united Lewisville City Hall and Lewisville Grand Theater. It features an elevated stage, a multi-level seating area, an interactive splash pad and a garden filled with swathes of native grasses and wildflowers.

To reach the concert sites from Interstate 35E, take exit 452 and proceed east on Main Street to Charles Street. Lewisville Grand Theater will be on the left. Free public parking is available along Main and Charles streets, or at Lewisville City Hall.
