Funding for Polish businesses under the planned EU Multiannual Financial Framework 2028–2034

I would like to request information on the EU MMF 2028-2034, which is currently being negotiated. According to the outlines that have been presented, the new MMF would establish a Competitiveness Fund for private businesses with an EU-wide budget of between EUR 409 and 451 billion.

• 1.Could the Commission provide an estimate of what opportunities Polish businesses will have to secure funding from the planned Competitiveness Fund?
• 2.How much of the planned funds under the proposed Competitiveness Fund will be non-repayable grants and how much will be loans to businesses?
• 3.How do the planned funds allocated to Polish businesses under the EU MMF 2028-2034 compare with the funds fulfilling the same purpose under the current MMF?
