2025 04 15 UDC Amendments and Johnson High School Rezoning City Council

The hearing will consider a request for a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone 135.152 acres of land at 4260 FM 967, Buda, TX 78610 from the Agricultural (AG) District to Suburban Residential (R-2) District. Johnson High School is seeking a zoning change that will allow for more impervious cover. It is not related to the ability to build a new residential development. The hearing will also consider Zoning Text Amendments to the City's Unified Development Code (UDC).
