PSC Schedules AEP Communication Briefing for 2.3.26

The Public Service Commission has scheduled an allowable ex parte communication briefing for Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026. The topic of this allowable ex parte communication briefing, which comes at the request of Conservation Voters of South Carolina, will be a discussion of energy affordability and utility transparency. This matter is filed with the Commission as ND-2025-69-E and all materials filed in this matter are available at this link.
