Who's eligible for Hinge Health?

Participants age 18 or older and living in the U.S. who are enrolled in a HealthSelect of Texas® plan administered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX), including those in Consumer Directed HealthSelectSM or HealthSelect SecondarySM are eligible to enroll in Hinge Health.
