Form 185. Monthly information statement of contributions from members and mutual members
The Order HAC/1197/2025, of October 21, which approves model 185, "Monthly informative declaration of contributions of members and mutualists", and establishes the conditions and procedure for its presentation, has been published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) of October 29.
The presentation of form 185 will be monthly and will be carried out within ten calendar days following the end of the month to which the declaration refers.
This order will come into force on January 1, 2026, and will apply for the first time to the declarations of form 185 relating to the month of January 2026, which will be submitted in the first ten calendar days of the month of February 2026.
