Parking will be located at the League City Public Boat Ramp (1500 North Egret Bay Boulevard). The cleanup location will be at the Dr. Ned and Fay Dudney Clear Creek Nature Center (the section of the park located west of Egret Bay Boulevard). Volunteers will take a short 1/4 mile walk to the cleanup location from the designated parking area.
Volunteers are encouraged to wear rubber boots or old tennis shoes, as some of the cleanup areas may be wet and muddy. Long pants are also encouraged.
All participants will receive a complimentary t-shirt and League City swag for volunteering. Spots are limited to the first 100 people who register.
This cleanup event is part of the Keep League City Beautiful initiative which seeks to improve League City through various activities related to beautification, conservation, and the arts.
