Public Notice – Notice of FONSI and NOI-RROF for CD Programming: NORA Village
In accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the NORA Village project is now available for public comment. The project has been reviewed, and the City is requesting public comment on the Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and the Request for Release of Funds.
This project is managed by the Bureau of Housing Development within Community Development.
This project will service the City of Cleveland community in accordance with HUD goals and objectives. The project will increase the availability of safe and affordable housing within the City of Cleveland.
The environmental review records (ERRs) for these tiered programs are available upon request at Cleveland City Hall 601 Lakeside Ave or at https://cpd.hud.gov/cpd-public/environmental-reviews.
