Update Traffic Advisory Amador County 9/27/24

Amador County

Updated Highway Lane Closures

Amador County- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various lane closures on State Route 49 (SR-49), SR-88 and SR-104 for maintenance and construction operations. Work to occur as follows:

State Route 49

  • Long-term, one-way traffic control at the Mokelumne River Bridge (Amador/Calaveras County line) for bridge work through October 11, 2024.

State Route 88

  • One-way traffic control from Raven Road to Carson Drive for drainage work beginning Sunday, September 29, 2024, through Friday, October 4, 2024, from 7:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

State Route 104

  • One-way traffic control will be in place from Tregaski Lane to Foothill Boulevard for pavement work beginning Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 8:00 p.m., through Thursday, October 10, 2024, at 8:00 p.m.

Motorists should expect 5-to-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. This work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction-related issues.
