San Mateo County Parks Integrated Pest Management Annual Report Now Posted

The 2024 report for the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Program is now posted to the San Mateo County Parks website.
The IPM Program, executed by our Natural Resource Management division, improves habitats and protects biodiversity in our parks by curbing invasive plants with a variety of methods. The report describes the vegetation management IPM activities conducted by County Parks staff, contractors, and volunteers in 2024. Projects have focused on wildfire fuel management, habitat enhancement, parks operations, and volunteer opportunities.
