Air Quality Enterprise Board
The Air Quality Enterprise Board will conduct air quality modeling, monitoring, and data assessment and research; implement emission mitigation projects; and provide its data to the division of administration and the air quality control commission in the department of public health and environment to facilitate the administration of the state's air quality laws.

Colorado Housing and Finance Authority Board of Directors
The Board of Directors serves as the governing body of the Authority. Through its financing programs, capital for which is provided by the issuance of its revenue bonds, the Authority works to increase the availability of affordable housing for low and moderate income families, and to assist the state's small businesses. The Governor appoints nine of the Directors, including an executive director of a state department. Judicial Nominating Commissions
