GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. MCRC executes community engagement and partnership
events and maintains partnerships with various National Organizations
to increase brand awareness and create advocacy for Marine Corps
opportunities by expanding the pool of committed influencers who will
support the recruiting force. The purpose of this MARADMIN is to
solicit active duty and reserve Marines interested in serving as a
Marine proof source to support upcoming MCRC national partner
engagements and community outreach initiatives. Proof
sources must communicate their service experiences through public
speaking and mentorship to a selected audience.
2. All submissions will be considered; however, the following is a
list of necessary aspects and/or favorable proof source
qualifications and demographics.
2.a. Previous or current participation or coaching in athletics
with high school, collegiate level or beyond. Experience in
volleyball, basketball, wrestling and soccer are desired.
2.b. Previous or current participation in the All-Marine Sports
Program (any sport).
2.c. Previous or current participation in Science, Technology,
Engineering and Math.
2 d. Previous participation in law or legal-based programs.
2.e. Previous or current experience as an educator or counselor.
2.f. Stationed within the Continental United States.
3. The following is a list of upcoming FY26 National Partnership
Program and community outreach events.
3.a. American Volleyball Coaches Association
3.b. United Soccer Coaches Association
3.c. National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics
3.d. Society Of Health and Physical Educators America
3.e. Women's Basketball Coaches Association
3.f. USA Wrestling Championships
3.g. National Wrestling Coaches Association
3.h. American School Counselor Association
4. Proof sources must be available for travel one day prior to
and following event execution based upon each potential event.
TAD orders and funding will be provided via DTS cross organization
line of accounting.
5. All personnel interested in serving as a proof source are
encouraged to contact MCRC Community Engagement as listed above.
Include official photo, name, rank, MOS, academic background,
geographic location and professional bio. MCRC will retain all
submissions for future event qualifications.
6. This MARADMIN cancels on 30 September 2026.
7. Release authorized by Major General Walker Field, Commanding
General, Marine Corps Recruiting Command//
