OABA Member Update: Ohio and Federal Dyed Diesel Relief

Governor DeWine's October 21 order provides penalty and enforcement relief for dyed diesel used on Ohio highways through December 31, 2026. Federal relief is also in place. The federal announcements do not establish tax forgiveness.

To help members understand the current situation, OABA has developed a Member Alert outlining the action, its practical impact in Ohio and considerations for both off-road farm equipment and on-road vehicles.

OABA will continue monitoring guidance and will update members as additional information becomes available.
