ATLANTA - October 14, 2026 - Kahua®, a leading enterprise construction platform, today announced the launch of Schedule Manager, a new application that gives owners and project teams fuller context for project timelines by connecting schedules to the work that drives construction progress.
Construction projects overrun budgets and schedules by 30 to 45 percent on average, according to McKinsey research. This is often due to the disconnect between project schedules and day-to-day execution.
When schedule information lives separately from the work and costs that influence project outcomes, it becomes difficult for teams to anticipate delays, understand cost implications and make informed decisions. Schedule Manager helps close this gap by connecting scheduled work to project records and cost management workflows inside the Kahua platform, bringing greater alignment to schedule and financial progress.
"Schedulers need sophisticated tools to build and maintain schedules, but the entire team needs to understand how that schedule connects to the work happening every day," said Kahua President Brian Moore. "Schedule Manager creates a shared view of what's changing, what needs attention and how decisions could impact both project timelines and financial progress."
With Schedule Manager, teams can import schedules from tools like Primavera P6 to create configurable lookahead views and compare schedule revisions against approved baselines. Teams can tie schedule activities to contracts and Schedule of Values, allowing approved schedule progress to inform payment requests. Additionally, schedule activities can be linked directly to Kahua records, including RFIs, Submittals, Punch List items and Daily Reports, helping teams identify outstanding work and explore possible downstream impacts before changes are made to the official schedule.
"Kahua's Schedule Manager is incredibly intuitive and fast. We can bring P6 schedule data into Kahua, create and manage views in a way that makes sense for each team, and make that information more meaningful and accessible," said David Dwyer, capital program & asset management solutions manager at Parsons Corporation. "The ability to link Kahua records directly to our exported schedule eliminates the need to maintain the same information across Kahua, P6, and Excel. That efficiency adds a ton of value beyond the visibility it creates for everyone."
Schedule Manager is now available to all Kahua customers. For more information, visit kahua.com/scheduling.
