USA Under-19 National Cricket Team Member Recognized by Board of Commissioners
At a May 7 regular meeting, the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners recognized the accomplishments of Nitish Sudini, a resident of Forsyth County who represented the United States as a member of the USA Under-19 National Cricket Team during the ICC 2026 Under-19 Cricket World Cup.
Nitish Sudini achieved a significant milestone by scoring a century - 100 or more runs in a single innings - becoming the first player in the history of USA Cricket across all national teams, including men's, women's and youth programs, to score a century in an ICC tournament.
The Board congratulates Nitish Sudini for his historic achievement in international cricket and extends appreciation for the pride he has brought to Forsyth County.
