Read below to learn more about initiatives my administration is working on, resources for Stamford residents, information about upcoming events, and important city and state information.

MAYOR'S UPDATES

  • Connecticut Legislative Session: I am grateful to the Stamford legislative delegation and Governor Lamont for their partnership during this most recent legislative session. Over the past several months, my administration worked closely with our state leaders to keep Stamford's priorities front and center in Hartford. With that, we were able to secure an additional $2,992,517 in supplemental state aid, helping us sustain core services such as public safety, infrastructure, and neighborhood programs while limiting the burden on local taxpayers. We also secured $8.6 million in state funding to support enhancements at Julia Stark Elementary School, an important step forward in modernizing our school facilities and advancing our long-term capital plan. I look forward to continuing our work with state partners to deliver results for our residents.
