Domestic in the town of Plattsburgh leads to arrest

On October 21, 2024, State Police members arrested Logan C. Frasier, age 31, of Plattsburgh, NY, for unlawful imprisonment 2nd and assault 3rd.

On October 20, 2024, State Police members responded to Plaza Boulevard in the town of Plattsburgh for a domestic dispute complaint. An investigation determined Frasier and the victim were involved in a verbal argument, which turned physical when Frasier struck the victim in the face and pinned the victim down on the bed, preventing the victim from being able to leave. The victim was able to get away from Frasier eventually. The victim sustained bruising from Frasier.

Frasier was arrested and transported to SP Plattsburgh for processing. He was arraigned in the Town of Peru Court, where he was later released on his own recognizance.
