The Rescheduled 2025 Department of War Maintenance Symposium Focuses on Advancing Readiness chevron right

The Path to the Next Generation of Material Readiness is Happening Jan. 20-23 in Phoenix, Arizona

WASHINGTON, D.C. (Dec. 11, 2025)- The rescheduled 2025 Symposium will be held Jan. 20-23, 2026, at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona. The Department of War (DoW) Maintenance Symposiumis the only DoW event focused exclusively on the maintenance and sustainment of weapon systems and equipment. It is the premier forum where the Department's maintenance and logistics community members exchange ideas, address the pacing of national security threats facing the sustainment enterprise, create life-long professional relationships, and honor and recognize the best DoW maintenance units.

The DoW Maintenance Symposium will be held in conjunction with numerous associated meetings and events including:

The relevant and impactful technical program provides unparalleled opportunities to hear from senior military leadership and subject matter experts across aerospace, land systems, maritime, and cyber defense. Sessions will tackle key topics including machine learning, artificial intelligence, software modernization, future combat systems, explosive safety, and industrial capabilities.
