Strategic Plan Update
On November 28, 2023, the Orange City Council approved an agreement with Kelly Associates Management Group to assist the City with updating its Strategic Plan. This process included a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWAT) analysis was considered and discussed at the first of two Strategic Plan Special City Council meetings on Monday, March 11, 2024.
