Washington, D.C. - Ranking Member Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), invited the President and CEO of NVIDIA Corporation Jensen Huang to testify before members of the United States Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs at a public hearing regarding artificial intelligence on June 11, 2026.

In her invitation to Mr. Huang, Ranking Member Warren noted that appearing as a witness will give him an opportunity to testify about NVIDIA's views on U.S. export control laws and regulations and NVIDIA's business in China.

Dear Mr. Huang:

I write to invite you to participate as a witness before members of the United States Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs at a public hearing regarding artificial intelligence on June 11, 2026, in the Dirksen Senate Office Building.

Appearing as a witness will give you an opportunity to testify about NVIDIA's views on U.S. export control laws and regulations and NVIDIA's business in China.

Witnesses at this hearing will be allotted five minutes for oral testimony and will be subject to questions from Senators in attendance. I look forward to your testimony and ask that you confirm your attendance no later than Monday, June 8, 2026.
