Tallahassee State College Named One of the 2026 Great Colleges to Work For®

For the second year in a row, Tallahassee State College (TSC) has been recognized as one of the nation's Great Colleges to Work For®, highlighting the College's commitment to creating a workplace where employees feel appreciated and supported.

Great Colleges to Work For is one of the largest workplace recognition programs in higher education. It is administered by ModernThink LLC, a strategic human capital consulting firm specializing in workplace culture.

The recognition is based on two key components: an institutional questionnaire examining workplace policies and practices and an employee survey distributed to faculty, administrators, and staff. Employee feedback is the primary factor in determining recognition.
