Carjacking Incidents: C25-97145/C25-98184

The Winnipeg Police Service responded to two recent carjackings, involving the report of a firearm.

On May 6, 2025, at approximately 5:30 p.m., a male victim in their 40s was robbed of his 2013 grey GMC Terrain at gunpoint in the 600 block of Toronto Street. The initial suspect descriptions are taller Indigenous males.

On May 7, at approximately 11:30 p.m., a food delivery driver in his 20s was robbed of his 2017 white Honda Civic at gunpoint in the sub 100 block of Reenders Drive. The initial suspect descriptions are East Asian males.

The Major Crimes Unit is continuing to investigate.
