On October 23, Vladimir Putin will take part in a meeting of the Presidential Council for the Implementation of State Demographic and Family Policy to discuss regional practices, support for student families, the introduction of corporate demographic standards, the protection of reproductive health, and proposals for addressing housing issues faced by families with children.

On the same day, Vladimir Putin will attend a meeting of the 17th Congress of the Russian Geographical Society (RGO), which will review the Society's performance over the past five years and map out development avenues until 2030, as well as priority areas of operation until 2035. The delegates will also elect the Society's management bodies, including the RGO President.

After that, the President will chair a meeting of the Russian Geographical Society Board of Trustees.
