Diversicare Healthcare Services Relocates Headquarters to Franklin

Nashville, Tenn. (Sept. 10, 2026) - Diversicare Healthcare Services, a leading provider of post-acute care services with locations across the Southeast and Midwest, has relocated its headqua rters from Brentwood, Tennessee, to Franklin, Tennessee, leasing approximately 21,000 square feet at 730 Cool Springs Blvd.

The move positions Diversicare in the heart of the growing Cool Springs business corridor, providing greater access to top talent and a modern workplace designed to support the company's continued growth. The recently revitalized Park Commons, a Highwoods-owned campus, offers enhanced amenities, including expanded conference and collaboration spaces, outdoor gathering areas, and on-site retail options such as The Well Coffeehouse.
