HSS Recognized as a 2026 Fast Company Corporate Wellness Innovator

Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) has been named a 2026 Corporate Wellness Innovator by Fast Company. The recognition spotlights organizations shaping the future of workplace wellness by putting people first in the design of their programs and practices.

HSS was one of 18 organizations to make the list across nine sectors, joining organizations including New Balance, PwC, Morgan Stanley, Garmin, Adobe, and Cargill. Three healthcare organizations were included, with HSS the only hospital to be honored.

HSS was selected for its efforts to address workforce burnout through a comprehensive range of physical health resources, mental well-being support, and recovery-focused programs.

This achievement reflects the contributions of people across HSS who help create a healthier, more supportive workplace.
