(NYSE: DCI) in its agreement to acquire Facet Filtration Group, a global leader in aviation and industrial fuel filtration solutions, from affiliates of Madison Industries. Valued at USD820 million, the all cash transaction expands DCI's capabilities in mission critical fuel and fluid filtration and strengthens its position in key industrial end markets.
