Memphis-Shelby County students, grab your paints, brushes, colored pencils, crayons, glue, glitter and even computers! It's time to enter Memphis Light, Gas and Water's 2025 Student Poster Art Contest. The theme is wind power and the challenge for students is to design the newest MLGW Power League Superhero, "Windy."
Windy's mission is to encourage students to learn about wind power, and the usefulness of this sustainable, renewable and plentiful commodity in our lives.
The contest is designed to tap into students' imaginations in creating a visual image of "Windy," while conveying information about wind power.
