Goodyear311: A Quicker, Easier Way to Connect

The city of Goodyear is excited to launch Goodyear311, an improved and user-friendly system designed to help residents easily report concerns and request city services. There are many ways to contact the city and now you can add Goodyear311 to the list. A bonus, it's available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

See it, snap it, send it! That's the simple idea behind Goodyear311. Whether you've spotted graffiti at a neighborhood park, a broken streetlight, or debris in the roadway, Goodyear311 makes it easy to let the city know - wherever you are.

"If you see it, don't just let it be - snap it and send it," said Goodyear Mayor Joe Pizzillo. "Goodyear311 is all about making it easier for our residents to stay connected and help keep our city running efficiently and this tool gives everyone a fast, simple way to report an issue or request a service - right when they see it."

Residents can also use Goodyear311 to work with the city, including requesting a new trash container or new ADA accommodations on city property, or submitting a pool drain authorization application.

Goodyear311 replaces the city's previous online system, Report a Problem, with enhanced features, a smoother experience and an intuitive design.

How it works is simple:
1. Visit goodyearaz.gov/311
2. Click "Request for Service"
3. Type in the location where service is needed
4. Fill out the prompts, include any photos you snapped, and hit submit!
