City Recognizes Years of Service

The City of Key West and the City Commission this month recognized three employees for a collective 50 years plus of service to the community.

Bernardo Suarez has served with Community Services for 20 years.

Lt. Joe Tripp was recognized for serving 15 years with the Key West Police Department. He noted that had served an additional eight years with the department, left, then returned.

David Hadas was also recognized for serving as a school crossing guard for the past 15 years. This is his second career, as he served as a Key West Police Officer for 20 years prior.
