W. Emerson Street, N. Lee Street to N. Roosevelt Avenue Closed Effective Immediately
Beginning immediately, W. Emerson Street, from N. Lee Street to N. Roosevelt Avenue, will be closed to all traffic due to water work. This section of W. Emerson Street will be reopened as soon as work is completed.
