Notice of Public Hearing for Tax Abatements at December 3rd Council Meeting
Each eligible property may receive a rebate for two years during calendar years 2021-2026 inclusive. For 2025 eligible properties include the following parcels:

Approximately 14 newly eligible properties will receive the rebate during each calendar year. The estimated total value of the abatement is $43,835.03 for the City and $28,563.12 for the other participating jurisdictions, totaling $72,398.15. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. in the East Grand Forks City Hall Council Chambers (second floor) located at 600 DeMers Avenue NW, East Grand Forks, Minnesota.
