TUESDAY, July 15
8:30 a.m. - Executive Session
Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute § 24-6-402 (4), upon the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the quorum present, the La Plata County Board of County Commissioners will hold an executive session to discuss the following matters:

1. The purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of real, personal or other property pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(a).
   Purpose: Environmental remediation at the Bayfield Landfill.
2. For purposes of the Board receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(b).
   Purpose: Environmental Remediation at the Bayfield Landfill.
3. Personnel matters pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(f). Purpose: Review of County Manager applications.

6:00 p.m. - Dinner Meeting with the Southern Ute Tribal Council
The Board will meet with the Southern Ute Tribal Council to discuss items of mutual interest. The meeting will take place at the La Plata County Administration Building, located at 1101 E. Second Avenue in Durango.

8:30 a.m. - Board Discussion Time
The Commissioners will meet with staff in the Board Room to discuss various issues.

The Board will attend the virtual Counties and Commissioners Acting Together meeting to discuss current issues, share ideas, and solicit feedback from other commissioners regarding local matters.

2:30 p.m. - CCAT Discussion with Attorney General Phil Weiser
The Board will attend the virtual meeting with Attorney General Phil Weiser to discuss the latest federal actions that are impacting counties and the state.
