Lane Closures on State Routes 108, 33, And Interstate 5
Stanislaus County- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various lane closures next week on State Route 108 (SR-108), State Route 33 (SR-33), and Interstate 5 (I-5). Work is scheduled to occur as follows:
State Route 108

Lane shifts between Topeka Street and Santa Fe Street in Riverbank for utility work beginning Monday, January 27, through Friday, January 31, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
State Route 33

Overnight, one-way traffic control at Frank Cox Road for maintenance work beginning Tuesday, January 28, through Thursday, January 30, 2025, from 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
Interstate 5

Overnight, alternating lane closures between Fink Road to Hamilton Road for bridge work beginning Sunday, January 26 through Friday, January 31, 2025, from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

Full, overnight closure of the onramp to northbound I-5 from Ingram Creek Road for bridge work beginning Sunday, January 26, through Friday, January 31, 2025, from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

Full, long-term closures of the northbound and southbound Westley Safety Roadside Rest Areas on I-5 and the auxiliary lane leading to the southbound rest area exit for construction work.
Note: This project is expected to continue through the fall of 2025.
Motorists should expect 5-to-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. This work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction-related issues.
