ARTBA Announces 2025-26 Officers

(WASHINGTON, D.C.)-The American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) announced the election of its 2025-2026 officers during the association's national convention, held Sept. 28-Oct. 1 in Irving, Texas. They include:

  • Chair: Tony Fassino, group president, construction industries, Caterpillar Inc., Irving, Texas
  • Senior Vice Chair: Tom O'Grady, president, HNTB Corporation, Kansas City, Mo.
  • First Vice Chair: Dave Zanetell, president, Kraemer North America, Castle Rock, Colo.
  • Northeastern Region Vice Chair: Mike Glezer, chief executive officer, Wagman, Inc., York, Pa.
  • Southern Region Vice Chair: Michael Vecellio, vice president, Vecellio Group, Inc., West Palm Beach, Fla.
  • Central Region Vice Chair: David Harwood, senior vice president, Terracon, Olathe, Kan.
  • Western Region Vice Chair: Lisa Robert, chief operating officer, RS&H, Denver, Colo.
  • Vice Chair At-Large: Tony Boals, chief administrative officer and executive vice president, Wright Brothers Construction Company, Charleston, Tenn.
  • Vice Chair At-Large: Carlos Braceras, executive director, Utah Department of Transportation, Salt Lake City
  • Vice Chair At-Large: Joe Cutillo, chief executive officer, Sterling Infrastructure, Inc., The Woodlands, Texas
  • Vice Chair At-Large: Jihane Fazio, senior vice president, New Jersey leader, AECOM, Piscataway, N.J.
  • Vice Chair At-Large: Don Graul, chief strategy officer, Southland Holdings, Grapevine, Texas
