Greetings!

Welcome to 2025!

In her December President's Message Sandy wished us all holidays filled with peace and a renewed outlook for a great 2025! I hope her wish came true.

The new year is an opportunity to reflect on our experiences, learn from them and emerge even stronger. While we faced challenges last year, we have made great progress, and now it's time to move forward with renewed focus on unity, adaptability and innovation.

As One AI we succeed by working together as a team. Clear communication is key, and I'd like to address some recent questions about our direction. Our international outreach efforts are focused on opening new markets for our books and courses, not on resource-heavy expansions. Additionally, our financial position is healthy, providing a strong foundation to support growth and innovation.

Interim CEO John Udelhofen has rebuilt staff, and we can move forward with our strategic goals again. When I visit chapters around the country, I have been asking you, our members, for patience to let John's tactical initiatives mature and allow us to develop more education, more exciting education, and education that is more price-sensitive.

As we move forward, let's harness the lessons we've learned and focus on revitalizing our organization. Together, we have the strength and capability to achieve new milestones.

I am honored to lead such a dedicated group of professionals, and I have unwavering confidence that we will make significant strides in the year ahead. Let's support one another, stay motivated, and embrace the potential that lies within each of us. Let's be One Appraisal Institute!
