Greetings to participants in the 21st Return to Life awards ceremony, presented by the Russian Paralympic Committee

The message reads, in part:

"Today, we honour courageous, resilient and strong-spirited individuals - true champions who have made a significant contribution to the development of Russia's Paralympic movement and serve as a bright and inspiring example to others. And of course, among this year's award recipients are coaches who mentor our champions and medallists, as well as sports administrators.

I would like to note that this year, competing at major international tournaments under our national flag, Russian Paralympians demonstrated unwavering self-belief and confidence in their abilities, achieving outstanding results across a wide range of sports."
