ARIN has launched our Customer Satisfaction Survey to better understand how well we are meeting the needs of our customers and the broader Internet community.
The survey is open beginning today, 28 May, and will run through Friday, 19 June.
Working with marketing research firm Radius Insights, we developed this survey to gather feedback on ARIN's services and operations, including Technical Services, Registration and Financial Services, Policy Development, Communications, outreach, and community engagement.
The survey will help ARIN:
Survey results will guide future service improvements and complement the feedback ARIN already collects throughout the year using transaction surveys, the feedback button on the ARIN website, the ARIN Consultation and Suggestion Process, and other feedback channels.
As a thank-you for participating, ARIN will randomly select 10 survey respondents to receive a $250 Amazon gift card during the survey period. To be eligible, please provide your name and email address on the final page of the survey. This information will only be used for the purposes of randomly selecting and contacting survey prize winners.
