A public hearing to consider the possible parole of Eric Rodgers, #154877
The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. to consider the possible parole of Eric Rodgers, #154877. The hearing will be conducted via video using Microsoft Teams.
Those planning to access the hearing must complete the online registration form no later than February 17, 2026. Public hearing guidelines and access information can be found here.
Eric Rodgers was sentenced to three terms of Life for the crime of Robbery Armed - Habitual 3rd (three counts). Eric Rodgers was sentenced on October 19, 1999, out of Oakland County.
Cynthia L. Garcia, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
When logging into the hearing, your video camera must be turned off and audio muted to eliminate distraction during the hearing.
