Mayor Parker and other City officials will celebrate the life and career of the late, R&B singer, Teddy Pendergrass who made his career debut at 309 S. Broad Street at Philadelphia International Records. The 400 block of South Broad Street will be dedicated to "Teddy Pendergrass Way".
