    Police responded to a motor vehicle crash near the intersection of Broadway and Galileo Galilei Way. It was learned that a motorcycle had collided with a pedestrian. Both the pedestrian and the motorcyclist were transported to a local hospital for treatment. A citation was issued to the operator of the motorcycle.

    Paul Nicholas, 41, of Cambridge was placed under arrest for drinking in public on the 600 block of Massachusetts Ave. Officers observed Nicholas drinking an alcoholic beverage from an open container on the sidewalk.

    Police received a report of a stolen motor vehicle at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Temple Street. The victim stated they left their vehicle running with the keys inside while picking up a food order and when they returned it was gone.

    JFK ST
    James McNeil, 38, unhoused with a last known address in New Bedford, was arrested on charges of Possession of a Class B Substance and Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise. Police responded to a business in Harvard Square for the report of a shoplifting. Store staff reported McNeil had stolen $20 worth of merchandise. Officers stopped McNeil and found him to be in possession of pills prescribed to another person. McNeil was also found to have active warrants for his arrest out of courts in Somerville and Watertown.

    A Boston resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court for motor vehicle offenses following a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Massachusetts Ave and Inman Street. During the stop it was determined the individual was operating a motorcycle without a license.
