Marion County Utilities is issuing a boil water notice for the: Fore Acres - Communities
For homes and businesses located in or on: NE 22nd Avenue (444 addresses)

  • NE 20th Court (17 addresses);
  • NE 21st Avenue (13 addresses);
  • NE 21st Court (11 addresses);
  • NE 22nd Avenue (50 addresses);
  • NE 22nd Terrace (31 addresses);
  • NE 23rd Avenue (43 addresses);
  • NE 46th Street (6 addresses);
  • NE 48th Street (8 addresses);
  • NE 49th Street (23 addresses);
  • NE 50th Place (26 addresses);
  • NE 50th Street (26 addresses);
  • NE 51st Place (24 addresses);
  • NE 52nd Street (24 addresses);
  • NE 54th Street (22 addresses);

There will be a precautionary boil water notice issued to your Community beginning at 8:00 AM Tuesday, 9/8/2026.
Due to: Water Main Tie-In

The work will take place between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM and will cause an interruption to your water service. All residents must boil water used for consumption until the water is tested and results indicate your water is safe to drink. Water should be brought to a rapid boil for approximately one (1) minute before consumption. As an alternative bottled water may be used. This boil water notice applies to any water used for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, etc. and is in effect until further notice. Water used for laundry, bathing and/or showering does not need to be boiled. Marion County Utilities will test your water and advise you when this boil water notice is lifted.
