BXP Executes 150,000-Square-Foot Lease Agreement at its 343 Madison Ave Tower

Fried Frank advised BXP, the largest publicly traded developer, owner and manager of premier workplaces in the US, on the signing of an approximately 150,000 square foot lease with McDermott Will & Schulte, a global law firm, at 343 Madison Avenue - a 930,000 square foot premier workplace currently under construction, with direct access to Grand Central's Madison Concourse between 44th and 45th Street.

This transaction is a continuation of Fried Frank's work advising BXP on some of their significant commercial real estate transactions, including a joint venture to develop 290 Coles Street, Jersey City, the purchase of a stake in 200 Fifth Avenue, and the anchor tenant lease with Starr Indemnity at 343 Madison.
