न्यायाधीश जांच समिति ने माननीय अध्यक्ष, लोक सभा को अपनी रिपोर्ट सौंपी

न्यायमूर्ति श्री यशवंत वर्मा से जुड़े आरोपों की जांच कर रही न्यायाधीश जांच समिति ने आज संसद भवन में लोक सभा के माननीय अध्यक्ष श्री ओम बिरला को अपनी रिपोर्ट सौंपी। न्यायाधीश (जांच) अधिनियम, 1968 के तहत वैधानिक आवश्यकताओं के अनुपालन में प्रस्तुत की गई इस रिपोर्ट को यथासमय संसद के दोनों सदनों के पटल पर रखा जाएगा।

न्यायाधीश जांच समिति के पीठासीन अधिकारी माननीय न्यायमूर्ति अरविंद कुमार, सर्वोच्च न्यायालय, ने माननीय न्यायमूर्ति श्री चंद्रशेखर, मुख्य न्यायाधीश, बंबई उच्च न्यायालय, तथा श्री बी.वी. आचार्य, वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता, कर्नाटक उच्च न्यायालय, के साथ 18 मई 2026 को संसद भवन में माननीय लोकसभा अध्यक्ष को न्यायाधीश जांच समिति की रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की|

​इस समिति का गठन 12 अगस्त 2025 को माननीय लोक सभा अध्यक्ष द्वारा किया गया था।
