Trio of PCL Professionals Named to Top 40 Under 40

Edmonton, Alberta (September 18, 2026) - PCL Construction is proud to announce and congratulate three of its team members who've been named to On-Site Magazine's 2026 Top 40 Under 40 in Canadian Construction list: Landon Douglas, manager, Special Projects; Jonathan Rodrigues, manager, Special Projects; and Andrew Fleetwood, director, Preconstruction, Solar Canada have all been recognized.

Based in British Columbia, Landon leads PCL's Special Projects team and brings broad experience across major buildings, civil infrastructure and renewable energy. His career has taken him from a co-op student role with PCL to leadership positions in Canada and Australia, where he helped establish and grow PCL's renewable energy operations.

Landon is recognized for combining operational leadership with practical innovation. His work has included leading delivery of Edmonton's Stantec Tower, advancing digital safety practices and mentoring emerging leaders while growing PCL's Special Projects portfolio in British Columbia. His ability to drive operational excellence while fostering talent and innovation has contributed significantly to PCL's growth and long-term success across Western Canada.

Jonathan leads PCL's Special Projects team in Toronto and brings 16 years of experience delivering complex healthcare, laboratory, retail and institutional projects. A LEED® AP BD+C professional, he is recognized for combining technical expertise with a calm, people-first leadership style. His work has included advancing some of Toronto's most complex healthcare and life sciences projects while supporting the strategic growth of PCL's self-perform operations and sharing expertise that strengthens project delivery across the district. Jonathan is respected for developing future leaders, building collaborative teams and creating an environment where people can thrive and succeed.

Andrew provides preconstruction leadership for PCL's Solar Canada operations, supporting the planning and development of renewable energy projects. His ability to align clients, partners and project teams around shared goals has been instrumental in advancing complex renewable energy opportunities from concept to execution. Andrew's recognition highlights the expertise and leadership helping PCL deliver Canada's evolving clean-energy infrastructure.

The 2026 Top 40 Under 40 in Canadian Construction honourees were selected by a panel of judges based on professional achievement, innovation, leadership and community involvement. The annual program recognizes exceptional young leaders who are helping shape the future of construction across Canada.
